Great location, just steps from the beach. Cozy atmosphere with beautiful plants in common areas. My room had a fine view of the ocean. The mini fridge was very handy. Excellent customer service. 🌊

It was just an excellent fit for a short layover in Belmar with excellent value for money. Loved the American fridge in the room, which made snack time easy. Make sure to grab your coffee from reception early in the morning.

The location is fantastic! The boardwalk is just across the street which makes beach visits easy. The staff was exceptionally helpful with their friendly attitude.

The location is perfect, right across from a beautiful beach. The ocean view from my room was stunning, truly breathtaking. The lobby area was cozy, filled with plants and a welcoming atmosphere. However, the room felt cramped with only a double bed and a bit of space for luggage. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t cool the room effectively, which was a bit frustrating. Housekeeping seemed inconsistent, and I had to request clean towels during my stay. More attention to cleanliness, especially in the common areas, would really enhance the experience. Overall, enjoyed the charm of the place but noticed several areas needing improvement.

Lack of an outdoor porch limits relaxation options outside, and the key system uses a standard deadbolt, which feels less secure. The absence of an elevator makes getting to upper floors a hassle, especially with heavy luggage. Room lighting could be better, and the window A/C unit didn’t function properly, which might disappoint during warmer days. Furniture appears outdated, adding to the feeling that maintenance could be prioritized higher. A booklet with local information would have been a nice touch.

i had a great stay at mayfair! the location is fantastic, right across the street from the beach with a full sea view. my ocean front room was clean and had a comfortable mattress. the free tea and coffee service downstairs was a lovely touch, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Had an amazing stay with my family and our large dog! The side room offered a gorgeous view of the ocean, and we loved spending mornings in the sunroom with a full ocean view while enjoying our coffee. The beach was just steps away, making it perfect for quick outings.
